The Product Providers
The products offered on the website are provided by a panel of companies, carefully selected to offer a range of products to accommodate varied types of risk and requirements. When entering your data and requesting quotations from the comparison services on the Website you are providing consent for Bauer Consumer Media Ltd and Call Connection Ltd to store your data and make it available to the product providers in order to enable them to provide the service. The product providers may use your data to provide a quotation to the comparison services website and may contact you directly by email, telephone or SMS but only in relation to your specific search. All product providers have signed a contract allowing them to provide a comparison service on the website which ensures they process your data legally and fairly. Calls are held securely with a full audit trail for any access allowed. Access to such recordings will be strictly restricted at Call Connection Ltd, with a full audit trail of any access given for the purposes of legitimate interest of the data controller or to meet a formal request, in accordance with UK Laws, for the purpose of administering a product you may have purchased, in your vital interests, to meet any legal obligation, or to assist in the prevention or detection of crime.
- Call Connection Ltd will not provide any advice on the products you have been offered, or provide a specific recommendation; they will act only as a call transfer agency to put you in touch with an appropriate company. Products are purchased directly from the product providers on the comparison service, you will not be able to purchase any products on the Website.
- If the nature of the insurance risk data you submit to comparison service results in you not receiving any quotations, we may offer a telephone service to help find insurance quotations. The product list made available to you will be based entirely on the data you submit and the acceptance of your risk data by the companies on the panel.
